How are credits used for video generation?
Usage depends on the model, video duration, resolution and settings. Review the credit requirement shown in the workspace before submitting a task. A plan does not promise a fixed number of videos.
How do monthly and annual plans work?
Monthly plans renew and grant credits each billing month. Annual plans charge the full year upfront and release the same tier's allowance each service month, not all at once. See the selected card and checkout for the actual charge. Existing contracts keep their purchase terms; failed or pending payments do not grant new credits.
Do credits expire?
Credit packs never expire and need no subscription. Monthly subscription credits expire at billing-period end; annual subscription credits expire at each service month's end. Neither rolls over or accumulates during inactive months. Expiring subscription credits are used first; historical permanent credits remain unchanged.
Do different models use the same number of credits?
Models and generation settings may use different amounts. Subscribing does not change a model's usage rules. Check the requirement displayed when submitting your task.
Which monthly plan should I choose?
Compare the current price, allowance and unit cost on each card. Choose for your expected monthly usage; unused subscription credits do not roll over.
What happens when I cancel?
Stop automatic renewal in Subscriptions & billing. Monthly plans keep the paid period; annual plans keep the remaining paid year's monthly allowances, each with its own expiry. Cancellation is not a refund. End the current contract before starting a different subscription; additional credit packs remain available.
Where can I see my credits and payments?
After signing in, open Credits, Payment history or Subscriptions & billing in your account. Credits are granted after payment is confirmed. If a completed payment has not credited your account, contact [email protected] with the order details.
How can I request a refund?
Review your payment history and contact [email protected] with the relevant order. Eligibility and handling are subject to review and the site's refund policy. This page does not promise a fixed refund window.
